Vision: |
|
Dieuwke wants to challange young christians 'to trust God with all their heart and to not lean on their own understanding' (Prov 3: 5). She wants them to see the power of prayer and the power of listening and obeying God. For them to live in freedom, so that they can live a life changing life by reaching out to the poor and needy in the world! The idea is to join Missions for life; to lead schools herself, to disciple, teach, pioneer. At the moment the focus is human traffiking and protitution, she also feels called to work with children/ child traffiking. God is giving her 1 puzzle piece at the time of the whole bigger picture that He has for her. |

Dieuwke grew up in a christian family, but made a choice to follow God at the age of 19. This was the start of growing into a real relationship with God. Out of that she started to join different ministries for a few years during her free time/ holidays, but she knew she was called for more. Ministry: At the age of 29 she gave up her job and appartment and traveled to Newcastle Australia to join a DTS (Disciple Training School) with Ywam (http://ywamnewcastle.com/training/training-classic/). She knew she was meant to join staff after this school and so she did. Dieuwke is trained in staffing DTS'es, she is personally mentoring DTS students and leading them to different countries for ministry work as part of their school ('to know God and to make Him known'). |
