new leadership structure
These are exciting times! Monday 11 April we unveiled the proposed new leadership structure designed to take Crossroads forward into the future. A larger elder board, three pastors, an advisory board and a new deacon arrangement these are the core elements that will enable our church to meet its ambitious vision and mission.
We have created a summary of the meeting on Monday that also includes an overview of the structure for those of you who could not attend. The document also has a comprehensive FAQ section in which we have attempted to answer all the questions that people submitted on Monday and since.

May we conclude with three points:
1) As we move to the next level at Crossroads, we extend our enormous gratitude to the incredible team of staff members who have run our church over the past months with complete dedication. A big thank you to you all.
2) The new structure will only work if people like you get involved! Crossroads needs all members of the ‘body’ to join us on this adventure of faith.
3) Last – but definitely not least – please join us in praying. There will be an announcement on Sunday about a week of prayer and we would also encourage you to include the church in general and our staff and leaders in particular in your daily prayers.
