40-day Reading Challenge
Last Saturday’s Women’s event was a great time of teaching and sharing to (re)discover our roots in Christ. We were fearfully and wonderfully made but sometimes we forget. That's why the Crossroads Women's ministry has compiled a 40-day Reading Challenge for all women about our identity in Christ. Start reading along this Thursday, November 29 till the end of 2012, or catch up as soon as possible.
How: Sign up at women@xrds.nl to receive the 40 texts and weekly tips to support you in your daily reading.
When: As soon as possible! The 40 days start on Thursday, November 29, but you can also catch up a few days later.
International women's study & fellowship group
Attention International English-Speaking Women! We have formed a new Bible Study / Fellowship group, which started last September and meets every other Wednesday morning (9:30-11:00 AM) in Amstelveen.
If you find yourself in Holland and are looking to just hang out with other English-speaking ladies for some coffee and Bible study, then this is for you.

Healing Hearts Bible Study for Women Who Have Had an Abortion
Abortion in your past? Are you struggling with guilt, shame, regret, fear, anger, depression? Do you experience a sense of emptiness? Or are you not sure what to feel at all? Have you never talked about your abortion? Do you feel as if no one understands what you have been/are going through?
There is hope and healing.
Afternoon Tea for Women
Special guest speaker: Rachel Scheetz; a wife and mother of five children. The Scheetzes are Americans who have lived internationally in Austria and for the past three years in Holland. From her many life experiences, Rachel has much that she can share with each of us about facing new and challenging situations. She will share her personal story of learning to "Run the Race with Endurance".

All Women are invited to join us for an evening with Pam Rosewell Moore: Trusting God through Life’s adventures.
Pam served in the Open Doors mission of Brother Andrew and was travelling companion and later nurse to Corrie ten Boom.

But there's hope! God's Word teaches us how to deal with our fears appropriately. The result? Freedom and fulfillment beyond our wildest imagination.
