The Xrds Snow Trip of 2012 is going to be quite different: new location, bigger house, more people, bigger ski area. But some things are going to be exactly the same: great community, good food, challenging teaching, wonderful snow fun and fine worship. So you definitely want to be part of it!

Christmas Lunch
Last Sunday we had a fantastic Christmas Lunch at the Ministry Center sponsored by the Care team. After kicking off with a short word and a blessing by Bill Hoopes, we could all start of with our lunch program. In total, 46 people joined for a 4 course traditional English Christmas dinner as well as Christmas carols, a Christmas meditation by Bob Phillips and a Bible Quiz.

On Saturday December 17th, we celebrated Christmas at the Farm with the children of Crossroads and many visitors. It was a great celebration in which the donkey, sheep and camel told the Christmas story, each from their unique point of view.
17 December: Serve the City
On the 17th of December about 130 volunteers came together to make a difference in the city of Amsterdam. We did many projects like painting houses, helping the elderly, blessing people by taking pictures with Santa Claus and singing christmas carols in the VU hospital.
Serve the City Amsterdam & Utrecht
This winter Serve The City will again have 2 days full of volunteer projects all over the city. Think about fixing someone's house, or going out a day with people who really need that. You can now sign up for a project on three Saturdays in December and January.
