Volunteer
Serving at Crossroads is not about filling vacant serving opportunities, it is a vital part of every person's spiritual growth to become more Christ like as they use their gifts, passions and abilities to serve the church and the community.
As you search to find your place to serve, try out an opportunity for a short period of time, until you find the place right for you. Weekly, monthly, annually serving opportunities exist in all ministries.
This summer the church will move to another building. This means there are lots of ways in which you can share your gifts and abilities. It’s also a great chance to connect with fellow believers in a different ways we work together on making the move a success.
One of the many positive points about our new location is that the rooms are better suited for the children on Sundays. There are lots of new volunteer openings to give the younger members of our community the best care. You can serve in all kinds of ways, from leading classes to playing music.
Another good thing in the new building is its spacious auditorium. You can serve by setting up chairs with the Facility Team for example. Moving to a new building also means people need to find their way: Join the Greeting Team and play your part!
Out of all the wonderful options available, there are five positions we would like to especially highlight as these are where we most need volunteers right now:

Hospitality
Do you like to welcome people, create an atmosphere where people feel the love of Christ, or do you like to cook. There is a place where you can serve.
Creative Arts
Are you creative? A singer, dancer, photographer, videographer, sower, painter or writer. We have a list of creative opportunities, but if you have something to offer that is not on the list, please send an e mail to arts@xrds.nl

Are you more a behind the scenes kind of person? Check this list of opportunities. Technical, non technical, a wide variety of places to get involved.
Administration (Admin)
We are always looking for people that keep us organized or that will manage logistics for us.
