PERSONAL PRAYER MINISTRY

Sometimes we need someone to listen to what’s on our hearts (whether joy or pain) and pray and thank God with us. At Crossroads we have a group of people that are willing to pray for you and with you.

The personal prayer ministry has existed in different ways throughout the years. A few years ago a prayer ministry was launched at Crossroads to pray for the needs of indiviuals at the end of each worship service. Currently we have about 25 people on our prayer team who regularly wait in pairs after each Sunday service to pray . They are people who have a heart for others, have been trained to pray with others and are accountable to Crossroads. If you have a personal prayer request feel free to come and receive prayer from our team, who will be waiting for you after each service near the spiral staircase in the auditorium. You can recognize us by our blue name key-cords.

EMERGENCY PRAYER CHAIN (EPC)

Sometimes we have urgent, crisis or life-or-death situations we'd like prayer for (ex. someone going into surgery). Feel free to contact the EPC! They are available an as-needed basis, using a telephone/e-mail chain system to a group of people who then pray immediately for your situation. In principle, we exist alongside the Personal Prayer Team, which is available after both services on Sundays to pray for all other personal prayer requests, which are also prayed for in the home-groups.

PASTORS PRAYER SUPPORT TEAM

"This team provides prayer for the most prominent leaders at Crossroads, namely: the Lead Pastor, the Elder Board, the preaching team, ministry staff and leaders. We meet regularly for prayer every second Sunday of the month during the first service"
